There are so many benefits of yoga. Personally I do yoga to help with flexibility and core strength. I have dealt with back issues for many years, and one of the things that helps is yoga. I really look forward to my yoga class. Yoga has come a long way in recent years, and has become more mainstream. I believe many people can benefit from yoga. One thing I did not know, that you point out in your post, is the fertility benefits, that is amazing. I suppose it comes down to a state of relaxation. Do you have any recommendations as to how often to do yoga? Maybe a certain number of times per week, or month? Thanks!
Thanks Steve & Kris for visit to my site and I am glad that you liked it.I am really happy to hear from you that you are practicing yoga, for back pain “Shvanasan” meaning “the Dog pose” and the “Bhujangasan” meaning “the cobra pose” is extremely beneficial and that very easy to do even for a newbie , for infertility issue Vajrasan is very helpful and that is also a very easy asana/pose . You can practice yoga 1 hour in the morning and 1 hour in the evening everyday, though the best time is in morning as our body is in relaxed state ,there is no harm even if you skip it .One hour practice should include half hour of Yoga for body,20 minutes of meditation for mind and 10 minutes of Pranayama.
